I am on here to announce that I will longer make Abby wear her backpack while we are running...
Abby had the day off from her weighted backpack today and i decided to experience this run the way I usually make my poor puppy run...
So I wore ankle weights for our run. 10 extra pounds really does make it harder to run!
And now I have blisters around my ankles.
On a plus note - I am Much more motivated to loss that extra 10 pounds of soft tissue I carry around me 24 hours a day. In fact I am actually considering wearing those ankle weights until I reach my goal weight...
- If I can find a way to avoid circumferential blisters.
